Our new recruits undergo comprehensive training to cultivate them into professional guards. We conduct bi-monthly refresher training sessions to ensure our guards remain sharp and vigilant. Our guard training encompasses multiple categories, starting with the foundational Basic Security Guard Training, followed by Occupational Health and Safety Training and lastly General Guard Training. Areas include:

Emergency response procedures
Legal responsibilities and limitations
Patrolling techniques and surveillance methods
Crowd control and event security
Physical intervention and use of force (in some jurisdictions)
Cultural diversity and sensitivity training
Communication skills
Maximum use of the available parking area and parking control.
Ethics and professionalism
Managing traffic flow and parking arrangements.
First Aid and CPR
Fire prevention and safe evacuation
Incident reporting and investigation training
Equipping guards with fire-fighting skills for fire control.
Offering foundational knowledge in terrorism awareness and counterterrorism measures.
Training in patrols, surveillance, and counter-surveillance strategies.
Developing customer service skills from a security perspective.
Educating on fundamental legal principles and investigative procedures, including crime scene prevention
Instruction on personnel and vehicle search protocols.
Enhancing skills in report writing, statement documentation, and maintaining occurrence logs.
Emergency response protocols training.
General searches on persons and vehicles etc.
